Return & Refund Policy
All sales through TheProjectorGuy are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your projector arrives damaged or not working please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theprojectorguyofficial@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review your case and work with our fulfilment partner to find a resolution which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping carrier.
Important Note
As we work with third party fulfilment partners we are unable to guarantee specific outcomes for every dispute. However we will always do our best to resolve any issues fairly.
